Thanks to Cory Doctorow for the tip off.   US Patent Application 20070078663 is probably the best use of a patent I’ve ever seen.  The patent application is really a very nicely done marriage proposal from Ryan Grace to his girlfriend at the time, Ellen “Ellie” Colyer.
